Deposit Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your installation date. This deposit covers the cost of ordering your materials. Work will not be scheduled until the deposit has been received.

Availability

All installation dates are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. We will contact you to arrange a suitable date once payment has been processed.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of installation, prior to the crew leaving your property. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. We reserve the right to withhold completion of work until full payment has been received.

Your Warranties

All Prestige Turf products come with a manufacturer's warranty. To maintain the validity of your warranty, please ensure the turf is installed and maintained in accordance with our care guidelines.

Window Reflection Warning: Reflected sunlight from Low-E glass windows and certain glazed surfaces can generate intense heat that may damage or melt synthetic turf. This type of damage is not covered under any product or installation warranty. If your property has reflective glass windows adjacent to the installation area, please advise us prior to installation. Prestige Turf accepts no liability for turf damage caused by reflected heat.

Additional Materials & Labour Rates

Should additional materials or labour be required beyond the scope of this quote, the following rates apply:

Additional excavation — $80.00 per m³
Additional base material (Gap7) — $5.50 per m²
Additional labour — $85.00 per hour
Tip fees (if applicable) — charged at cost
Skip bin hire (if required) — charged at cost

Any variations to the original scope will be discussed and agreed upon with you before additional work proceeds.
